The owners of Tucson’s Serial Grillers Restaurans plan to open a new taproom: Craft, A Modern Drinkery, at 4603 E. Speedway (Speedway & Swan). They plan to have 40 taps of craft beer, with at least 5 dedicated to local beers, and the location should be able to accommodate 75-100 people.
